Hi, I’m Tara Starlight! Ever since I nerded out to the Food Network as a teenager, I’ve been a lover of the culinary arts and dreamed of having my own small restaurant or café. As time went on, my love of cooking and nourishing people with love-filled nutrient-dense food only grew stronger. I’ve always envisioned a mobile cafe as my first step toward my bigger dream, and on summer solstice of 2023, I stumbled upon the cutest red trailer on Marketplace and the rest is history! We are beyond excited to start serving up coffee and treats at events in the summer of 2024.

Although this is my long-lived personal dream , I would have never been possible without the love, support, and muscle of my family, especially my sweetie, Levi Starlight, the support of our amazing community, the land that nourishes us with beautiful food and all of the people who work so hard to grow, harvest, and transport it and those who fight to protect the land.
